This was such a special wedding to be a part of! Vicky and I went to Grace College together, we both took art and both found the same things hilariously funny. Naturally art classes were a goon show, but we still worked bladdy hard and sometimes reaped a few rewards! We went our separate ways after high school, but always saw each other on the rare occasion I was at Red Door(a dirty pub-club that was the only hang out for alternative kids such as myself and Vicky!). Whenever I saw Vicky, she was with a chap called James. They really were the epitome of a power couple! They had been together for ages and seemed so well suited. I was so excited when James finally popped the question and asked Malcolm and I to capture their day!!
The Liversage wedding was absolutely beautiful, every small detail was thought of, every T was crossed and every I dotted. Vicky was one heck of a wedding planner! What made this day even more special was that James and Vicky’s daughter, Luna, was an integral part of the day. Luna is a few months short of being two years old. She is a tiny person with a whole lot of spunk and sass. She kept us all laughing and entertained while we waited for time to pass before the ceremony! With her own special fairy dress, Luna really looked like a real-life fairy.
James was feeling quite under the weather after the ceremony, so naturally his new wife looked after him. The love that I saw between these two during this time is what marriage is all about. It’s not always pretty, but for me as a by-stander I saw the beauty in how my special friend so gently cared for her new husband while he gained some energy before our couple shoot. James was such a trooper! These two looked absolutely stunning and we couldn’t have asked for a better sunset to end the day. Thank you for sharing your day with us! So much love to all three of you!
